RETURNS PROCESSING


We hope you love your order! However in the case it didn't work out, you're able to return item(s) within 30 days from the date your order was placed (the date shown on your receipt).  Refunds for any returned item(s) are processed back to you in the form of our eGift Card, which works the same way as receiving store credit (our eGift Card Credit Codes never expire and processing fees do not apply). All approved returns that are received will first be sent an email confirming receipt of the returned item(s), and after your return is processed you'll receive another email from us providing the receipt and available balance of your eGift Card Store Credit, along with a link that will direct you to your unique store credit code. Simply copy and paste your code at checkout to apply it towards an exchange or to make a new purchase.

The Fine Print: 

☾  All returned item(s) must be in the exact condition as it was sent to you in. AKA- it must be in unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and must have all brand tags and/or BLACKCLOTH tags attached. We will be able to tell if any item has been worn! We love weirdos, but not that kind of weirdo. So please don't be that weirdo 👽 
☾  Any returned item(s) that do not meet the above criteria or are listed as non-returnable (see list below) will be denied and you will be notified via email explaining why. Which would suck for both us and you, so please keep all return criteria in mind!

The following items are non-returnable:

☾  All Jewelry
☾  All Sale Items


    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS


    1. Pack up your returned item(s), fill out the return form that was provided with your order, and be sure to include the filled out return form in your return package.

    2. Ship your returned item(s) back to:

    3. As soon as we receive your return item(s) you will be notified via the same email address used to place the original order, and then provided your store credit code to make an exchange or to purchase something else.

    Store credit codes cannot be transferred to someone else or to another account. However, it can be used to purchase another eGift Card instead. Either way, your store credit code never expires so you'll have plenty of time to use it!

    More Fine Print:

    ☾  Original shipping charges are non-refundable We are not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
    ☾  Processing returns may take anywhere from 24-48 to complete- so please be patient! We promise you'll receive your store credit code as soon as possible.
    ☾  Returns are reimbursed in the form of our eGift Card Store Credit only, unless a mistake was made on our end with your order.
    ☾  Exchanges can only be made using the store credit code you received from any returned item(s). Things sell out fast, so unfortunately we're not able to hold any item as an exchange.
